Fresh, easy and irresistible coconut and chocolate sweets!
100 g coconut flour | |
70 g sugar | |
35 g butter | |
60 g fresh milk cream | |
200 g milk chocolate |
1. | Put in a little pot the butter, the milk cream and the sugar. Warm up until the butter is melted than add the coconut flour. Stir, cover and set in the fridge for 1 hour, so that the mixture will be easily handling. |
2. | Now form 12 little cylinder and let them rest again in the fridge while you're melting the chocolate. |
3. | Dip each cylinder in the chocolate using a fork to trip it. Put them on a wired rack or on a piece of parchment and let the chocolate solidify. Keep in the fridge. |
